If an item is incorrect, damaged or unsuitable, contact Elysian promptly with your order number and the item details before sending anything back. Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original packaging and labels unless they are defective.

Hygiene, custom, promotional and defective-product rules may differ. This launch wording must be reviewed against current South African consumer law before production publication.
